Do You Have Any Regrets in Life?
A friend wrote this post about regrets and started a conversation
Dream - Act - Plan - BelieveĀ Article: “Does the newborn baby regret growing?”
The photo was a good attention grabber, the story inspiring, so I left a comment.
Leisa responded with more and really got me thinking about regrets.
What do you think?
Are you a “no regrets” or “we all have regrets” kind of person.
Aren’t we all who we are today because of our life experiences?
I think everything, good and bad, opens us up to future possibilities.

Nothing is certain, but the past.

Thanks for your comments and reflection.
You are so right. “Everything, good and bad, opens up to future possibilities.” We truly are who we are today because of our life’s experiences.
Though perhaps not too apparent in my post I would honestly say I spend 98% of my time I am a “no regrets” type of person. After all, everything I that has happened has done has created me to be a stronger person. And has led to me being able to assist others. And no doubt it has in some ways had a positive effect on my children because they have an mom who sets the example of not only perservering, but still having a positive outlook of life. (Intermixed with a few days here and there where I doubt).
I felt is was an important message to share. That one doesn’t can’t truly regret any time period that causes one to think, improve, change, or heal. Any time period that causes on to grow. So regrets may come. The key is to quickly turn them around and turn them into periods of growth.
