You are so right. Desire and passion are the essence of living. That ability to live in the moment and savour the present is what makes life worth living.
It’s so important to have the destination in mind, to know where you’re going, but recognize that the destination can change, the journey is the story.
Of what use is the end of a book without the story that got you there? The story is the valuable part that everyone wants to know and understand. Just how did you get to where you are today?
It’s the laughter and tears the adventure, the joy and the sadness. It’s the wealth of experiences we have and the friends we make along the way. Plan for the future but live with joy and gratitude in the present.
