People often have a bad habit of looking for happiness outside of themselves. But the truth is, happiness comes from within and you can only be happy if you decide to be.

After years of “dreaming in American” and chasing The Big Happy, Russian-born entrepreneur Nataly Kogan dug into the research and believes the key to being happier is to stop saying “I’ll be happy when…” and start saying “I’m happy now because…”
